Last month, CreativeMornings/Miami hosted Asif Farooq, an artist with a fetish for cardboard guns. He chose to make these guns out of cardboard because of the impermanent nature of the material; it isn’t archival but the product is still beautiful. He showed 300 of his guns in 2012 during Art Basel at Primary Projects in Wynwood, and is now working on a full size plane at the same location. To see a preview of Asif’s talk, watch (and like) the video below!

Don’t forget that when you go to CreativeMornings you don’t just get to see an awesome talk but get an awesome breakfast… for FREE! Here’s a shot of the delicious breakfast provided by ChunBuns that really makes me sad I missed this talk!
